Arctic Curiosity

This one was really cool to do. Another Windstone Forum member piece, Cheap Art Commission. The Polar bear was a real challenge since I have not drawn bears really. The colors were just great to use, I was trying for something saturated but no my usual neon scheme.

Dragons, Aliens, and Technicolor

Old Crank

A dragon I based on older depictions of European dragons. A more reptilian, croc-like body, large hook taloned wings, and curved horns, teeth, and a spade tail with a spike. There is another one with longer legs I might do later. I am not sure if I should make this a species or a single dragon character.

Genkyu the Kijinuki

One of Mewsagi's species. It really let me have fun with some far contrast colors and patterns. Also testing out a different coloring method that is much simpler looking.

Averice Deadzone

This was just something random, another experiment with simple coloring. It also includes the updated Koishii! Yay! Yes, her arms ARE that long. That is a purposed design.

Speed Paint

Not much here, but I got a quick speed paint in. I really REALLY need to be doing more digital speed paints, at least. Perhaps an hour each morning. This was was done while watching Pride and Prejudice.

Ok, I think I finaly figured out my own ref sheets. Why did it take me so long to figure out: USE FLAT COLORS. Dang, this could have been so much easier a few years ago.

Scarl3t

A character that I created a few years ago finally gets a decent ref sheet. She is some alien species who is at this time a mystery, I have little of any history for her. She wears a mask at all times and she is a Mute. She has no vocal capabilities, and according to the mask, she may also be blind. In return she has excellent hearing and loves bells.

Kitty Wings: Drek'cis (dreck-xis)

It only took me what, 5 years? But here it is, the true form of the rainbow winged kitty I have drawn for so long. This character precedes Koishii, and dies before Koishii is created. Koishii is actualy a modified clone from Kitty Wings DNA.( I swear, she needs a better name then freaking Kitty Wings! No alien would take that rainbow bright name seariousely!)

Kitty Wings is of one of the 5 alien races that control, more or less, the galactic space trade. Well at least they did. She is a sole survivor after a civil war breaks out.

Kitty Wings has a loving personality, always wanting to give the benefit of the doubt. But she like wise is not very agressive or bold and becomes very emotional. She would happily sit and watch the world around her.

The Stomach Revolution

NO, stomach, Nooooooooooo......

UHG. stomach is eating me. It is ganging up on me with my monthly cycle. Shakes, nausia, and an onslaught of other issues. BODY, WHY DO YOU REVOLT AGAINST ME???!!! But at least it motivated me to actualy finish a digital art.
